Rebecca is an illustrator from the south-coast of England, with a penchant for all things whimsical and odd. Her current inspiration comes from: Victorian jewellery, Edward Gorey drawings, sixties fashion (forever iconic!) and beaches on wintery days. Rebecca’s visual world is made up of her beloved female characters- all featuring big eyes, spider-like lashes and polka-dot tights- who loiter and sulk within Rebecca’s imaginary landscapes. Here you’ll find brambly bushes blooming with violet flowers and soft pears and apples with mischievous faces growing on trees. Rebecca has recently discovered the joy of turning her art into moving images, using Procreate to animate her work and enjoys sharing her short videos to her sweet TikTok audience.
